10% increase in turnover by replacing the existing CRM system
Within 4 months the existing on-premise CRM system of a leading German automotive bank was replaced by Salesforce Sales Cloud. The user group included sales force, office staff, controlling, management and board of directors. Central processes such as conditions and bonus agreements were optimized and led to a 30% increase in efficiency of the office staff. In addition, the field sales force was given a 360° view of the dealer – across all terminals and mobile.
The switch to Salesforce Sales Cloud led to a 10% increase in sales with a simultaneous 10% reduction in jobs.
