30 sales employees are responsible for 250,000 customers – making manual customer analysis impossible. To determine which customers are most likely to be interested in additional products, Einstein Analytics Plus analyzed all successful cross-selling in the past and, based on this model, created a rating for all existing customers. This rating enabled sales to prioritize customers who were more likely to purchase additional products. In addition, Einstein Analytics Plus also suggested exactly those products that were most likely to be purchased.
By prioritizing customers with higher ratings, cross-selling increased by 25% compared to the previous year. The use of Einstein Analytics Plus eliminated the need for the cost-intensive hiring of an external data scientist.
