30% less customer loss by using Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
For an asset manager with about 100 employees, 250,000 clients and $9 billion under management, we used the AI-based forecasting capabilities of Einstein Analytics Plus to minimize client churn.
Using Einstein Analytics Plus (EAP), we analyzed data from 250,000 customers. EAP calculated models of former customers and applied them to the entire customer data. The asset manager then received a list of customers who were likely to quit, allowing him to develop targeted counter-strategies.
By targeting customers “at risk of termination”, the loss of customers was reduced by 30% compared to the previous year.
