Data protection

CAMP serves the GDPR, EU directives on data protection and the BaFin requirements for cloud-based services.


Customers and sales partners have access to the same data - in real time. You control who has access to what.


The investor receives a direct real-time insight into his investments, e.g. into the yield data such as solar radiation or kilowatt hours of his sustainability fund or the performance and distribution data of a retail fund for private customers.

The investor is regularly informed via an automated channel: e.g. about the purchase of a new property in a real estate environment or about the market development of a region. All this can be done via chat, e-mail or social mail.


The sales department gets an insight into all relevant information for the sales process. With CAMP, the sales department can, for example

Asset Manager

In addition to an overview of sales and customer activities, as a fund provider you also receive many other functions for managing your assets, such as

Asset management in the cloud

With CAMP, you can move all asset management processes paperless to the cloud and give your customers and sales partners access to all important information from any location – from smartphones, tablets or PCs. CAMP digitizes all forms that previously had to be sent manually by post, fax or e-mail attachment. This not only makes the processes faster, but also better: As the customer enters his address with one hand, for example, you do not need an additional person to enter the data and no cost-intensive principle of dual control. Highest security standards and German data protection guidelines

CAMP was created by the recurring requirements of fund companies and meets all regulatory requirements for operations in Germany through the Salesforce foundation. In addition to TÜV and ISO certifications, this also includes compliance with BaFin requirements for cloud providers in the financial sector. In accordance with the European data protection guidelines, your data remains exclusively your property and is stored in the German high-security centers of T-Systems Germany.
