1. Manageable use case
Within a proof of concept, we identify one or more use cases to explain our view of digitization. This enables us to demonstrate 3 things on the basis of a delimited process:

2. Implementation
For the example use case(s) we create a solution proposal on the Salesforce platform. In a manageable time (typically the duration of a sprint - about 3 to 4 weeks) we implement our solution proposal and present it to you. In this phase, we usually do without connections to existing systems, but remain self-sufficient on the platform.
3. Further development
If we manage to get the "spark to fly", we will jointly plan the other topics that can be implemented on the Salesforce cloud platform. This also marks the beginning of integration into the company with interfaces and deeper intervention in existing processes.
