Ideas portal for generating optimization proposals for products and processes
To draw conclusions from direct customer feedback, a large German insurance company decided to introduce a digital idea community. The entire sales force, consisting of 16,000 employees, was given the opportunity to discuss customer feedback with colleagues and the Board of Management.
In only 8 months, including the pilot phase, Onivation designed and developed an intelligent solution based on Salesforce. Various workflows and reports were implemented for the optimal control of the innovation process. The entire platform was designed according to corporate design guidelines and was immediately ready for use.
With the help of the idea platform, a fundamental innovation process was set in motion: Within a very short time, hundreds of ideas and optimization suggestions for products and processes were generated.
