Introduction of Einstein Analytics as central sales controlling
With the introduction of Einstein Analytics, a major European bank was given the opportunity to implement the long-planned change to its sales bonus system. While the previous sales bonus was based exclusively on sales figures, key earnings figures should also be included in the future.
With the help of Einstein Analytics, all relevant key figures could be presented. As a result, more than 200 stores received evaluations and dashboards with up-to-date data from the previous day, enabling them to track the current status of their KPIs. Based on this data, stores were able to take more targeted sales measures.
